KaliatiX began as an ICT hardware support and technical service provider, driven by a passion for solving real-world technology challenges. Through hands-on experience in hardware repair, installation, and networking, we gained deep insight into how technology powers modern businesses.

Originally founded as PatTech in 2021, our focus was primarily on hardware and networking solutions. By 2022–2023, we recognized the growing demand for innovative software solutions within the industry and expanded our scope to include software development.

This evolution led to the birth of KaliatiX — a name that reflects our vision for the future of technology in Malawi and beyond. Today, we provide integrated ICT solutions, combining hardware expertise with modern software innovation to empower digital growth.
